The fourth issues of "The Security" published by the First Private Institute of Consultancy and Research on Safety, Security and Information Technology in Bangladesh have produced unexpected results of our efforts towards conceptual strategy for harmony and peace in the uneasy world of ours today. The increasing threats of terrorism locally, regionally and internationally placed us in an ugly situation demanding sincere and dedicated endeavors for ending all sorts of terror in the minds of the global people. The only way open to us is to create public awareness against this destructive animus in humanity and civilization.

 

The nests and tools of the terrorists all over the world are, in fact, the greatest concern of the established orders searching for lasting solutions to ensure the process of road map to social justice, political harmony and military excellence in all areas of conflicts and violence in present times. The guns for the terrorists are not the means to an end by itself. The divine touch of love and respect can change and revalorize the mental make-up of the disturbers of peace and harmony among the common masses.

 

The ISSIT Ltd, Bangladesh aims at promoting the cause of impartiality and justice in all human activities for the common good through research works and academic studies with investigation for peace, progress and prosperity. It calls for the sole purpose of bridging the gap between the Governmental and the Private Operators to manage and handle threats and risks to combat the increasing spread of terrorism with knowledge and modern use of security devices and information technology in all aspects of life and living.

We are grateful to the writers of the articles that are included in the fifth volume of the Journal - "The Security". We look forward to receiving such intellectual support and patronage from them in the years ahead for the ISSIT.
